Our sessions
All programmes require an induction (Pilates Intro) which comprises two private sessions including a postural analysis to introduce you to the Pilates method.
Teaching the body in front of you
We all have different bodies, lifestyles, issues. Well trained Pilates teachers can create a comprehensive exercise programme for the specific student. Sessions will focus on the areas that are most important in your specific case. Whilst using movements that integrate the whole body, we can re-educate and restore it to optimum muscular and skeletal function.
Group - up to 6 clients
Group sessions are an even more reasonable way to enjoy the exercises of Pilates. You can schedule to your convenience upon our availability. Clients must complete our Pilates Induction package (Pilates Intro – 2 private sessions) before attending group classes.

Pilates introduction package
To join our classes or private sessions, we require every new person to undergo the process of Induction, which means taking 2 private intro sessions (1,5 and 1 hour) including full postural analysis, which ensures that you’ll be familiar with Pilates equipment before joining the training and our teachers will know your body enough to be sure to safely guide you through the class. After the induction, our teacher will be able to advise you to either join a group class on a specific level or continue with private sessions.
